Ahhh, time to r-e-l-a-x, perhaps with such a special "Whole Boby Massage"...

The masseur is a blind man.  While we're standing in front of the window we are immediately given a card. Hey, that's funny, that wouldn't be the masseur, would it? 

Incidentally, this district sems to be specialized in blind male masseurs, such as this "Blind Expert".
